Soil and groundwater impact can migrate to areas that are inaccessible using traditional excavation techniques. In order to properly remediate below buildings, Environmental Maintenance has experience using engineered supports (helical piers, mini-piles, tie-back walls, sheeting, and shoring). Additionally, in situations where extensive soil and groundwater impact exists beneath the structure, Environmental Maintenance has the capabilities to temporarily move the building.
